Can using the Nintendo Wii actually help you lose weight?
So maybe you've heard the craze with the Nintendo Wii? Many people have been asking, can I actually lose weight playing these games? Well, I've been using the Wii for about two weeks now, playing the sports game (mostly tennis, baseball and boxing - Wii Sports) about 30 minutes per day. My diet has remained the same and I've lost about 2 lbs / week since starting the Wii program. I will continue posting my results on here but I'd love to hear if you've been using the Nintendo Wii and what your results are.

Give the Nintendo Wii a shot today, its worth a try if you're interested in losing weight and bored of just walking on the treadmill or riding a bike. I still suggest using a cardio machine but the Wii is a great solution to lose weight and get through the winter. Plus if you're looking for something to entertain friends and family the Wii is a great device to do just that.
