Hi - I am trying to run Netathlon 1.0 on my Concept 2 Model D rower (PM3), but it's asking for a COM port to connect to, and doesn't seem to mention USB - can someone advise how I connect the rower to the laptop to get it working?

Hi Rich - Thanks for writing. You can order a usb / com port connector. I had the same problem that you have and totally agree with you. Com ports are out, USB is in. You can either contact Bruce from RideRunRow or just goto Radio Shack or somewhere like that and find a com port / usb adapter. Just make sure it comes with the software cd to make it work correctly.
